PROFILE
Carlos Mendieta is a lawyer from the University Libre and an economist from the Externado University of Colombia. He is a specialist in Public Law from the same university and has a Doctorate with an outstanding thesis in Public-Private Partnerships APP at the University of Barcelona (Spain).
He is a lawyer, consultant and advisor with more than 20 years of experience in dispute resolutions, study and analysis of contracts in the public and private sector. Additionally, he has knowledge of responsibility, European regulation on food products, brands and patents.
He is an associate professor at El Bosque University , professor of State Contracting, Administrative Law I and II.
EXPERIENCE
Carlos Mendieta has experience in the public and private sectors. He has been a consultant in contractual matters in the Cundinamarca Governorate, IDU, Office of the Attorney General of the Nation, and the Secretary of Traffic in Bogotá. He has also been Administrative Director at Civil Aeronautics, manager and founder of ACSEL EMPRESARIAL SA, Deputy Financial Manager of JV Inversiones, hiring advisor at the Police Revolving Fund and Legal Supervisor of the Urban Development Institute.
