Jaime Mendieta is a lawyer graduated from the Externado de Colombia University, specialist in Commercial Law, Master in Contractual and Extra-contractual Civil and State Liability from the Externado de Colombia University. He is currently a Doctor candidate at the Rey Juan Carlos University (Madrid, Spain).
Consulting lawyer, advisor and litigator with more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sector in matters of civil and commercial law, companies and their management, corporate insolvency, contracting and liability.
Associate Professor at El Bosque University, Professor of General Theory of Legal Business, Regime of obligations I and II. Participant in Insolvency and Contract Law conferences.
EXPERIENCE
Jaime Mendieta has served as advisor on corporate and business issues of the District Health Secretariat and the Legal Subdirectorate of the Administrative Department of the Environment of the Capital District. He has also been a promoter and liquidator of the Superintendencia de Sociedades, Legal Director, Deputy Manager and Manager of ACSEL EMPRESARIAL SA, consultant for the Externado de Colombia University and the Ministry of the Environment, Housing and Territorial Development.
